      good place to work for starters. have unique business lines. Its a family owned business, currently into its 5th generation.

      Cons

      I don't see any potential for growth. most of the work is done in Germany, so Canadian teams have to depend mostly on German teams for decision making.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
