Poorly scoped role with a professional HR but disorganised management - Merchandiser Gift Market Employee Review

Gift Market provided a good working environment with supportive people and opportunities to improve my skills as a web developer. I was able to work on real business features, system improvements, integrations, and production-related tasks that helped me grow professionally.

Some processes and documentation could be improved to make development, handover, and troubleshooting easier. There were also times when certain tasks required more clarification, but overall the experience was still positive and valuable.

- feedback not heard, never listen to all parties, bias management - staff who get PIP programme get higher bonus than who did well - policy say 1 point, but action another point - poor back up arrangement/no privacy - laptop, work phone pw all shared around - system frequently down with issue, unable to perform task speedy, info incomplete too - acc allocated unfairly (they will squeeze you if u can perform well, but paying the same as others) - knowledge passing not align, everything in a mess
