      Fun and Young Owner, if you can network well, otherwise, look elsewhere.

      Owner lack of people management skill and will ask you to leave without going through Performance Improvement program.

      - wfh arrangement - weekly FOC lunch

      Cons

      - feedback not heard, never listen to all parties, bias management - staff who get PIP programme get higher bonus than who did well - policy say 1 point, but action another point - poor back up arrangement/no privacy - laptop, work phone pw all shared around - system frequently down with issue, unable to perform task speedy, info incomplete too - acc allocated unfairly (they will squeeze you if u can perform well, but paying the same as others) - knowledge passing not align, everything in a mess
