Pros

If you’re lucky, your colleagues would be nice but generally, employees are angry because management treats them like thrash.

Cons

No work life balance. No regard or respect for employees. You’re expected to resume at the centre by 7:30am and close whenever you’re done which could be after 8pm or 10pm sometimes. No break time to eat. You eat while attending to customers . You work during public holidays and it’s not halfdays and you don’t get paid. They deduct salaries without explanation so your salary this month might be different from your salary next month. If you complain to the management, you get verbally insulted and threatened. No career growth at all.

The shifts hours were flexible

Cons

We worked Sundays and all public holidays while generating the most income. Meanwhile the cooperate staff observed all holidays and weekends while doing the least to generate revenue.
