Pros
Great benefits, culture and perks. (the best in the industry) One of the best places I got to work for when it comes to their awesome remote policy. Overall, the employees thrive on support, and encouragement to perform your best work everyday.
Cons
There is no little to none leadership when it comes to expectations and goals set company wide. The recruiting team is an absolute mess. No expectations, POLITICS, FAVORITISM, and of course no set goals when it comes to employee growth. No set processes followed or implemented, consistent fire drills and no change.
