We appreciate you sharing your feedback about working at GitLab. We’re constantly iterating to create the best team member experience for everyone. While I’m happy to hear some of the pros you mentioned above, I am disappointed to hear that there are things about your experience that haven’t been great. I’d like to share a few of the active steps we’ve taken to improve some of the things you mentioned in your review. We are continuously iterating on field enablement programs which include an upcoming launch of certification programs that we hope you will participate in and more importantly provide feedback. We’re also making constant improvements to our internal tools, which include enhancing the configuration, integration and recent data enrichment projects. As a company, we review our attrition metrics regularly, and are fortunate to be well below the industry average. It's incredibly important to us that our team members feel empowered to escalate this type of concern. I’d encourage you to bring up this feedback with your manager or your People Business Partner so that we can continue to take steps to improve the issues you’re experiencing.
