Pros
Spending a lot on parties, where you can be intimate with your colleagues. Generally a cool environment but I felt like I was a bad person working for such a corporation. You can work from home and not even work for a few days - they won't understand.
Cons
Hiring mostly relatives or friends so a lot of nepotism. Fake diversity policies - they hire people from other countries just because they have to. Always trying to scam the customer.
