Lack of professionalism Lack of knowledge to learn from Lack of future Lack of humanity - lots of bulling. No paid additional courses to grow No HR department No management (according to responsibility- and clear prioritizations ) No 13 salary or $ bonuses 2 x 1 year contacts - mass practice (as the maximum allowed by the country law) no security feeling. Double standards "International" team-buildings which always ends up in 2 groups - the "cool" Czech speakers (usually the managers) & all the rest "mortal" ones. A reason for which many people stopped joining this gatherings, a.k. "team-buildings". No proper accountant - my salary was mistaken (downgrades) for half a year (no body ever told me why) until I found it out on my own. Afterwards it appeared it was not just me in such situation. Negative feelings over-all.
