Thank you for the review and sharing your honest feelings. I’m truly sorry if this was the experience you had while working at GlassView, it certainly is not what we ever want to happen. It’s especially troubling to me to see that much of your negative experiences come from a reported lack of business ethics/morals, respect, and employee treatment. These are some values that we cherish most here at GlassView, and an overwhelming majority of our employee feedback conflicts with your experiences. I hope while you were working at GlassView, you were able to take advantage of our management’s open communications and could share what you were feeling with us. I assure you if we ever hear of such negative experiences, we do everything we can to improve so that an employee doesn’t feel this way again.
I can also assure you that the employees we hire and promote come from diverse backgrounds, including various ages. But they have all proven their success, willingness to adapt to the evolving world of video advertising technology, and perhaps most importantly, the ability to work within a team.
Again, I appreciate your comments, as they help us look inward to promote change. I have always encouraged employees to reach out to myself or other team leaders to let us know of anything they felt was not right in any aspect of working at GlassView. While it may be too late for us to reconnect on this, I appreciate your candor nonetheless and I wish you luck on your future endeavors!
