Pros

The platform is solves a lot of the big issues of other major video suppliers, the company policy is inclusive, transparent, quick moving and extremely supportive. The management are putting the client first and support the teams effectively with resource and regular group updates. Best in field in so many ways.

Cons

Sometimes convincing programatic trade desks that your new product will actually perform better than theirs can be a challenge but 85% renewal rates and happy client communications makes a sales job a lot easier

Pros

Nothing is good at GlassView. Unprofessional and unqualified staff. No guarantees for the future neither stability. I do not recommend working GlassView.

Cons

They hire out of school kids and promote them as if it was that easy and ask them to boss people around with no experience at all. They are 22 years old with no actual work experience. They have no business ethics nor morality. If you are experienced then you should walk away from GlassView. They do not leave room for innovation or growth. If you want to step up the ladder you have to be willing to be as low as they are.

Thank you for the review and sharing your honest feelings. I’m truly sorry if this was the experience you had while working at GlassView, it certainly is not what we ever want to happen. It’s especially troubling to me to see that much of your negative experiences come from a reported lack of business ethics/morals, respect, and employee treatment. These are some values that we cherish most here at GlassView, and an overwhelming majority of our employee feedback conflicts with your experiences. I hope while you were working at GlassView, you were able to take advantage of our management’s open communications and could share what you were feeling with us. I assure you if we ever hear of such negative experiences, we do everything we can to improve so that an employee doesn’t feel this way again. I can also assure you that the employees we hire and promote come from diverse backgrounds, including various ages. But they have all proven their success, willingness to adapt to the evolving world of video advertising technology, and perhaps most importantly, the ability to work within a team. Again, I appreciate your comments, as they help us look inward to promote change. I have always encouraged employees to reach out to myself or other team leaders to let us know of anything they felt was not right in any aspect of working at GlassView. While it may be too late for us to reconnect on this, I appreciate your candor nonetheless and I wish you luck on your future endeavors! --James G. Brooks, Jr., Founder & CEO

Thank you for your honest feelings. We believe in giving all of our employees an equal chance to succeed, whether just starting off or being with us since the beginning. We would never promote an employee to a salaried position with the intention of laying them off. We are taking a proactive approach towards enacting healthcare benefits for our employees as the wellbeing and happiness of our people is a big priority for us. We hope you were able to talk about these sentiments with any of our management team, open communications and transparency are two highly-valued pillars at GlassView. Nonetheless, we appreciate the honesty now and as always, we take it to heart and will strive for expedient and permanent improvements based on your comments. J. Brooks, Founder and CEO
