      - Exciting and prestigious portfolio of projects to work on - Relatively comfortable salaries for the position - Comfortable work/life balance - Regional Director is approachable and has a flexible mindset

      Cons

      - Small company and structure limits opportunities for internal growth - Quite a high disparity in how foreigners and locals can work (autonomy, being managed, etc.) - Project Managers often left to their own devices, with little support and teaching from upper management - Lack of structure and processes - Very high turnover rates

      Pros

      Depends on the client you are working for. If you’re with a stable client, work life balance is good. Typically not 50-60 hour weeks. More in the range of 40-45 hours if you’re efficient with your time. Compensation is towards what the market is offering. Benefits are good. PTO is competitive for consulting, and encouraged to be used.

      Cons

      There is not as much visibility into career growth opportunities currently. Leadership is working to turn that around.
