Do not apply for a customer service role within the FM (facilities management) division. It accounts for 1% of the company, is low paid and is ran by a cabal of wealthy people in it for themselves. It is essentially a racket there to enrich themselves and trample over anyone below them, whilst using useful idiots they can manipulate to do their dirty work. I was belittled, bullied and badgered relentlessly until I had no choice but to tender my resignation, despite nearly five years of dedicated service. Luckily I managed to get out at the right time. Unfortunately for my past team, they have recently found out that their contracts have been sold to another company because Gleeds will no longer hold the account that they work for by the end of December. This was done without consultation with very short notice given. Go figure! Countless other horror stories but far too many to go into.
