Abysmal Training for New Hires - Anonymous employee Global Response Employee Review

Absolutely abysmal training to new hires, or no training to speak of. Being a new hire myself, i expected to be shown the ropes with a well organized and proper training. Instead, a week went by and i still had no idea what what was going on. Management have no sense of professionalism, everyone talks to each other horribly and disrespectfully. I ended up getting laid off because my performance did not meet their expectations. How could my performance anybodies expectations if they provided me with ZERO training?
