      Low salary, poor benefits, zero strategic planning, no vision/no clear directions, several senior leadership members lacking executive readiness, politics-heavy environment, no sense of belonging/cultural identity

      Pros

      I love the location of the office, it's very accessible by TTC. The company also offers great health benefits and performance reviews are encouraged every bi-yearly or yearly.

      Pros

      Professional environment with good facilities. Employees were asked to WFH when the pandemic hit. Still growing as a company, lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      -No work-life balance -No process established. This needs work. -Some people in management need interpersonal skills (finance, sales) -Need better managers
