Lots of exposure to C-suite / senior employees of large and exciting companies. Opportunity for growth within the team and personally. Product is very strong, which makes dealing with customers a generally positive experience. Super friendly and supportive team. Fun office atmosphere. Good benefits e.g. medical insurance.
Cons
Work can be intense at times - somewhat expected with the nature of ecommerce. Company is growing rapidly and because of this experiences some growth pains. Management recognise this and work to keep pace.
