Cons
- The company needs to clean out the old brass. There are some decent managers such as one that recently moved to PS, but others and those in senior sales leadership that need to be replaced. Flintstone level leadership which is why things are slipping this year. - Toxic work environment. He who shouts loudest wins. Bullying is rife. - KPI metrics are outdated. Most companies you call will loathe you due to the fact that they are called 15-20 times a week
