Pros

NIce facilities. Shiny tools. More interdisciplinary learning than other Fabs like Intel/Samsung. Some people actually know stuff and you can learn from them even though this population keeps going down

Cons

Career actually declines after the first 2 years. Review process (GPM) is one of the worst I have seen anywhere. They have a concept of peer review but it is worthless. Your peers could say you did a great job in working with them however if your manager wants to give you a bad rating, he disregards those peer reviews and gives you a horrible review and no one can question it. Good luck trying to get justice. All you end up hitting is a blank wall. No wonder people quit this hell hole. Managers take non citizens for granted holding them hostages with visas and green cards. Immigration office should shut this place down ASAP. If you want to see a career graveyard, come here. You shall see many. Mid level managers will be the main reason for this place going down.

For an intern, there are not many cons. Pay is lower than some places but only marginally

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.
