      Coworkers/teammates Benefits There are no more and I need to add at least 5 words

      Cons

      High turnover, non existent work life balance, new managers coming in and without reign making changes to policies and procedures before learning what their employees do and have done for multiple years. Little to no growth opportunities. Uncomfortable atmosphere in some departments that is swept under the rug after complaints. If you are a yes sir employee that has no backbone or voice this place is for you.

      Pros

      Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

      Cons

      There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.
