Built the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facility in the world in Malta New York. Bringing back thousands of technology jobs that would have otherwise gone to Taiwan or South Korea. Company is growing and growing fast. In 2012 Globalfoundries was the fastest growing company in the world.
Cons
Lots and lots of work. But exciting and meaningful... and you are actually making change. Turn-over has been high in the past year as the company get's the right team in-place.
