Pros
Big company, lots of opportunities, salary is not great but acceptable, a lot of chances to learn new stuff, many smart engineers if you are lucky to get into friendly group. I had a nice first group but poor second group.
Cons
Big company, slow movements, slow changes, chaotic decisions, chaotic strategy. People are over-depressed with overtime, strategy change, unorganized technology. Many people are leaving voluntarily.
