The pay is consistent. Additional benefits exist, but very impressive.

Meetings culture is very messed up - meetings take up significant portion of the work week, often overrun and take up more time than allocated. Old tech stack for software solutions, no open source tools use. Rushed timelines, where speed is praised, quality not sought after.
