      Pros

      -Severance package was fair - Layoffs we’re announced a month in advance. - CEO had experience with IBM prior to IBM’s having to close its semiconductor operations - Were able to keep layoffs to just 7% after 2 straight record qtr’s of profit

      Cons

      - Management is not actively involved in employee development. - Lack of cohesive training for new employees. - 3 Major Layoffs within the past 7 years - Pay is low compared to Industry leaders. - Not producing latest Technology nodes

      Pros

      Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

      Cons

      There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.
