Pros
GF has its shortcomings, however my time with the company has been a positive experience. There is always an opportunity to learn something new or learn something in a different way. There are great opportunities to grow as employee and succeed. Excellent 401K match and good company stock plan.
Cons
Constant instant messages, Micromanagement (constantly asking for ETAs). Freezing winters. High NY taxes. High housing costs in area. Lack of fun things to do in the area. Lack of medical specialists in the area.
