Pros
Benefits, 401K are both good. Most people are good. Compressed work week although it is common in this industry.
Cons
horrible communication between engineering and technicians. Very unorganized a lot of the time. VEry high turnover rate because people are overworked, undertrained and expected to do things far beyond their pay scale. TOO many managers. Very top heavy organizationally. Nothing seems certain. Constantly wondering if job is secure.
