      Alot of independence nurtured, treated well by all levels of management, opinions welcome from any level regarding the game, plenty of holiday/personal days/remote days, good studio attitude.

      Cons

      Pay not the highest at lower levels, don't have the back catalogue of successful games to draw customers in yet, more risk

      - Pay is below market average - Bullies in senior positions that go unchecked by HR - Management that don't listen or communicate well - Little to no accountability of terrible leadership decisions - Layoffs to cover for poor decisions at the top of the studio - No opportunity for career progression

      Salary is okay. Good central location

      Cons

      Studio leadership is awful. Lots of great ideas that mean nothing in practice, just lots of back patting to make themselves feel valuable. Workplace doesn't offer much growth.
