Pros

The people. That’s it. It is hard to consider anything else a positive.

Cons

CEO that isn’t trusted, makes swift decisions with big consequences and yet he remains in post. People team that once was on its way up but was decimated slowly before I left. One by one they burnt out or left angry and frustrated. The same favourites get lifetime passes for bad behaviour or poor conduct and nothing changes. They keep hiring senior leaders when the real folks on the ground need support. These new leaders often aren’t up to scratch. Nice office but the environment is so toxic that you can feel it. No employee feedback is actually responded to in a meaningful way and there is no visible action. ExCo live on their own planet and are totally out of touch with reality there.

Hi there - thank you for taking the time to pop up some feedback. Great stuff to hear that you enjoyed the flexible nature of working and the people. On the cons, we note that you say that we have no goals and strategy etc. This year we've taken the steps to ensure that our Company OKRs were shared earlier this year at our all Company conference. We also track our progress against these goals and share that with the whole business on a regular basis. Each of those were translated in to team OKRs that were more granular. As you aren't here anymore you won't be experiencing that shift but we took the feedback on board to create clearer goals and articulate the company strategy. We are always trying to iterate how we communicate to our teams, including the frequency and the content and that will continue. We acknowledge that career growth is important to people and also encourage teammates to take some ownership of their development. We are sorry that did not translate for you in your time here.
