It is highly unprofessional and unethical of any organization to treat their employees in such a manner. As an employee, I deserve to know the reasons behind your termination, and it is unacceptable for my employer to keep me in the dark. Furthermore, the fact that you I was fired without any warning or chance to improve your performance is highly unfair. It shows that my employer did not value my contributions to the company and did not give me a fair chance to rectify any issues. In addition to this, the work environment at goco was toxic and unsupportive since they didn’t bother to give me any feedback or support before firing me. This kind of behavior from an employer creates a highly stressful and unsustainable work environment, which is detrimental to the mental health and well-being of employees. Overall, it is clear that goco has failed to provide a supportive and fair work environment. The lack of communication, transparency, and support from your employer is unacceptable, and I would not recommend anyone to work in such an organization.
