Pros
The pay is good and the benefits are pretty competitive.
Cons
The management is horrible. There is no growth potential AT ALL!! Directors and VPs bring in their friends into the management positions. Even if they have no clue or experience in that field. You ask questions and want to make changes?? Be ready to be put on a blacklist! Great place to go in do what your told and go home.
