Pros
Flexible schedule. Was able to balance school, work & a personal life. Started as a front desk employee, ended as top salesman/assistant operations manager.
Cons
Lack of consistency as far as staff goes. I worked there for almost four years and the turnover was ridiculous. Seems like there was new management every 15-18 months. Staff turnover was even quicker.
