Pros
Great team, very supportive, very fun, everyone always willing to pitch in, easy to find cover if you need to be out a class, the pay is good and it's increased for those who work across the bridge due to the bridge fees, managers are always willing to help out if you need it
Cons
Hard to get a class to regularly teach, but this is not really a fault of Gold's more so just having enough instructors of a certain class available to cover if need be. More logistics than Gold's.
