Pros
Beautiful office spaces with great on‑site amenities. I also had the chance to meet some amazing people, both inside and outside my immediate team, which made the environment more enjoyable.
Cons
There was limited recognition for certain departments, and company‑wide events felt infrequent, which made it harder to build a sense of community. Support during challenging situations was inconsistent. Technology and systems were extremely dated, which made daily workflows more difficult than they needed to be. Lack of flexible or remote working options in London office
