Pros
Verty bright people, culture of excellence. It will be for you (if you are selected after demanding interviews) an icnredible opportunity, enabling you to evolve in an internationnal finance community. Very good workplace environment, and very good training.
Cons
Not really an inconvenient since it is part of the job but the time you will be spending working is huge (do not expect to leave after midnight on average, and sometime much later). However, this is part of the job so it was not a surprise. This is hard but this is what i signed for, so...
