      Pros

      GE is full of some really amazing people who are all passionate about the purpose of the company, which really shines through. I really enjoyed my time there and felt valued by all. Company has great benefits too and a good development framework allowing you to grow in your role.

      Cons

      Nothing! If it hadn’t been for personal reasons I would have stayed. 🙂

      - Regular Salary Review - The process feels fair and transparent. - A company that genuinely cares - good communication through regular emails and monthly all team meetings, good benefits (Yulife, Holiday Purchase, enhanced parental leave), transparency across the business and extras like lunch provided once a month. - Strong sense of purpose - the business has grown, there is a clearer direction and a stronger strategy. - The people/culture - It may sound cliché, but the company is intentional about the kind of people it attracts and hires, and they are genuinely some of the best people to work with.
