- Good Energy is purpose led and fighting climate change, working for a company that is led by its purpose and values is important to me - I have great colleagues across the business, that make working here enjoyable - I have been able to grow my role and get lots of development through it, and I've taken up development opportunities such as professional qualification sponsorship, access to talks, courses and programmes to support my development and an approach that it focused on individuals taking responsibility for building their career here - I feel trusted and supported - through policies and approaches and the way we have worked throughout the pandemic

- Clarity on our strategy is needed, for everyone to be clear on it and for leaders to translate that to their teams so each person knows how their role is key to the success and how it fits in within the bigger picture.
