- Modern product that is built to solve a problem that we all understand and felt at some point in our lives - Very talented and highly motivated team - I collaborate with many team members in various projects and feel incredibly supported at all times! Collaboration is amazing across the entire team - Approachable leadership who regularly provides clear communication about plans/roadmaps. Leadership also is open to feedback, requesting it from the team - Very strong focus on making clients happy with empathy, care and human connection - client satisfaction is king in GovWell and that is achieved by genuinely caring about their needs! - Become part of an exciting company in its early stages and contribute to it's growth! Overall, I'm very very happy with my time at GovWell and very excited about continuing to be a part of this journey

It's a startup that is rapidly expanding and that means you will likely have to wear a few different hats and work harder and faster to meet the pace of a rapidly growing startup! May not be for everyone
