      People in marginalised groups don’t have enough equity. Employees were not consulted on a reorganisation. Now it’s happened there’s still confusion.

      - Generally amazing people throughout the organization. - Job security.

      Cons

      Not everyone gets to work on exciting projects. Lack of growth opportunities -- favouritism from leadership Design community has fallen completely since loosing main players. BBC folks don't understand that government services should work for everyone.
