    Pros

flexible working hours, very progressive, proactive & focus driven

    Cons

draconian and old-fashioned thinking; definite glass door for certain sectors of class, people & culture and, sad to say, institutionalised racism

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Government Digital Service full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice office Above average pay for government

    Cons

Maybe I'm being harsh, it was mostly people who had been there longer than a year ruined my experience. Nepotism - it's definitely who you know not what you know. Bullying is systemic - I've seen more that one occurrence and I was also treated poorly, my mental health suffered a lot. More bigoted people than any other workplace I've worked at - I thought GDS would be a utopia of diversity and acceptance. Far from it, people are angry over everything. They definitely didn't like change. Pretentious staff who think they are great but are far from it

    Cons

The current leadership is a disaster It's getting ridiculously bureaucratic You probably have to work on Brexit projects
