      Sometimes it feels like the essence of GDS is being lost. I hope we can continue to be a strong advocate for users into the future, crumbling under pressure from other government departments.

      - Generally amazing people throughout the organization. - Job security.

      Cons

      Not everyone gets to work on exciting projects. Lack of growth opportunities -- favouritism from leadership Design community has fallen completely since loosing main players. BBC folks don't understand that government services should work for everyone.
