Pros

- Great people to work with at the office. - Longer than usual Lunch Breaks. - Passionate people, despite Korean HQ pressing down constantly. - Get Korean Holidays off too.

Cons

- Absolute worse upper management coming from Korea. They have no issues disregarding your data/opinion if it goes against their decision. - Korea-centric, they will not try to adjust to US markets. - No business plan. They bring dying/dead games from korea and expect them to do well in the states with no update plan or changes. Then they blame the staff for it failing. - Atmosphere was good prior to leadership change at the Gravity Interactive office. Now it's full of dread and feels like the office will shut down any minute. - Pay is not even 50% of what other places pay. Particularly with the amount of stress involved.

Pros

Most of the people in the office are nice. You'll get along with your coworkers if you are an avid gamer. Fully paid health insurance, 401k match.

Cons

Horrible place to work long term. No raises, extremely low pay, over 50% less than industry standard. Management doesn't care about employees, they only care about making money. CEO doesn't understand a thing about the western game market. Also zero company culture and every one wants to leave end of the day because it's miserable. Absolutely zero flexibility with work hours, also must clock in and out of work even if full time. Management is very picky and will notice if you clock out 1 minute early. Highly suggest staying away even if working in gaming is your end goal. If you really want video game industry experience here, be ready for low low pay.
