Not worth it

Pros

- Great people to work with at the office. - Longer than usual Lunch Breaks. - Passionate people, despite Korean HQ pressing down constantly. - Get Korean Holidays off too.

Cons

- Absolute worse upper management coming from Korea. They have no issues disregarding your data/opinion if it goes against their decision. - Korea-centric, they will not try to adjust to US markets. - No business plan. They bring dying/dead games from korea and expect them to do well in the states with no update plan or changes. Then they blame the staff for it failing. - Atmosphere was good prior to leadership change at the Gravity Interactive office. Now it's full of dread and feels like the office will shut down any minute. - Pay is not even 50% of what other places pay. Particularly with the amount of stress involved.

Avoid this place at all costs

Pros

The only pro to this place is that your co-workers are good folk.

Cons

- Pay is half industry standard - Run by a Korean HQ whose President is a terrible human being (would rather have employees die/quit than help them have a safe working environment or livable wages) - Learn no industry skills - Morale is dead - This place will murder any passion you had for your job

Warpportal

Pros

Working here at warpportal is amazing. Everyone has such passion for their assigned games that some work late into the whee hours of the night. The work place is casual, but everyone is working hard each day.

Cons

The biggest con is the pay. It's far below industry standard and everyone is expected to wear as many hats as possible. Also the team is small so advancement comes only when someone leaves.
