      1. Only for boot lickers. 2. No good amount of projects. 3. Favouritism. One's who are good at bot licking gets all the perks rather than talent. 4. Useless TLs. 5. No good appraisals. 6. Don't fall for good ratings they're published by the company itself. 7. CEO and COO are pathetic human beings.
