Pros

Great coworkers. Good customers. Always hours available. Usually flexible if life comes up and you need a specific day off.

Cons

My biggest gripe is with the leadership. The gm for our store came to a work meeting and told us all we are just numbers to the company, and nothing else matters. Then proceeded to explain percentages in terms of pennies on the dollar and talked down to us. It's all very insulting especially when you bust your booty to make money for the owners and yourself and keep the shop running smooth. L Always at work and if you say you need to atep back you're dragging the team down.

Pros

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

Cons

Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
