Pros
It's a fast paced environment ... there's a lot of interaction with people. Easy-to-use software (receptionist), nice stylists.
Cons
Not allowed to sit, short break, hard to get a day off, little to no training, stylists are in competition so they're often rude to the receptionist or take over his/her duties in order to ensure they'll get the most cuts/styles for the day
