      lots of clients good place to learn haircuts and gain efficiency

      Cons

      drama between co-workers no accountability for co-workers who are unreliable and not any added recognition for being reliable must do things the Great Clips way which is good and bad its a corporation end of day you are just another cog

      Because each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your concerns. Please contact them directly regarding any issues with employment.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
