Pros

Save yourself the stress and don't even do it if is the Great Clips in Arizona state.

Cons

They are the lowest paying in the industry and the expect you to churn out haircuts. Corporate is horrendous and they actually make up policies as they go. Productivity is nearly unattainable. The raises are a joke. It's the McDonald's of hair but worse they actually steal from their employees.

Pros

Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

Cons

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
