Pros
I have worked for this company only 4 years. It is hard work and lots of guidelines. However if you buy into their system and work the system your pay increase exponentially every year. The system works! If you have the drive and commitment you can go far. I started as a stylist 4 years ago with only 1 1/2 years of prior experience. within three months I was managing my own salon. Within 3 years after managing I am a General Manager. Any job is what you make it and what you decide to put into it. They sky is the limit should you give it your all.
Cons
Shortage of stylist through out the entire system and shortage of honest hard working people who are committed to their careers. Also its time to raise the bar and create competitive wages and price points.
