I worked with a lot of great stylists ,it was fast paced with good tips.
Cons
Hourly rate of pay was not competitive, The rules and policy changes were so frequent that you could not keep up with the changes. sometimes our checks and or tip cards were not funded on time

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.
Cons
Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
