      Everyone there is extremely passionate about the mission and that made it a col environment to work in.

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
