      Great place for meaningful work. Total compensation package is highest in the non-profit sector. Compassionate and empathetic leadership.

      Cons

      Long hours and irregular hours since you work with colleagues from other offices in different timezones; no overtime pay but you can offset your over-hours.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
