Pros
Most of the people there really care about the work that they do and the community that they serve. They are forward thinking about new technologies that can better serve the functions of the library as well as programs for the patrons.
Cons
Too embroiled in politics. This is not the place to work if you think that libraries should be a place for everyone in the community or if you think that libraries should be leaders in how to treat patrons and employees.
